6 Month Intensive Yogic Study Group for Women

Runs from September 17, 2023 to March 25, 2024

This is not your ordinary yoga class. This is a chance to dive deeper and participate in lively discussion and discover some of yoga’s hidden gems. During the fall and winter, we naturally tend to go inwards, so this is the perfect time to journey into the larger world of yoga practice and let it come alive in your life.

What you’ll get:

Monday morning 2 hour online sessions 8:00-10:00am. There will always some asana but may include other elements, such as discussion etc.
Access to recordings
Once a month 2-3 hour workshop on Sunday morning. Hybrid (can attend in person in Summerland, BC)
FREE access to Video On Demand Library
10% off all live classes, packages and other workshops

What we’ll be diving into:

the yamas and niyamas
sequencing of yoga practices
special practices for common problems
pranayama
developing the yogic mindset
some Sanskrit basics
and a whole lot more!

Celebrate in the Spring with a wrap up 3 day retreat in BC with your cohort—location TBA.

Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training program

Are you passionate about Iyengar Yoga? Krisna offers Iyengar Yoga teacher mentorship through a comprehensive apprenticeship program towards national Iyengar certification. The program is approximately 3 years duration and start dates are September and January. Please contact for more information. Hint: you must already be a regular Iyengar Yoga student.

Private Zoom Classes

Private lessons are helpful to kickstart a stalled practice or to hone in on areas needing attention. Ideal for those needing extra attention or who have some trepidation about starting yoga in a regular class scenario. Krisna can work with your specific area of interest, injuries or conditions. $108 per hour (plus gst.) Please contact for availability.

Krisna inspires her students to become practitioners of Yoga. Under her tutelage over the past 8 years, I have learned to bring a playfulness to the mat, to try new things, to sometimes fail, but to always have plenty to reflect on afterwards. Krisna’s gentle but firm guidance has helped me learn to listen to my body and to the inner teacher, as she calls it, and to own and develop my practice. I am fortunate and grateful to have this wonderful teacher and person in my life.
