Join Krisna for this two part sadhana. Sadhana is a led practice, not an instructional class, so it is a quiet and serene practice experience. You will be led through a sequence each day. Some modifications and alternative poses will be offered to accommodate your individual needs.

8:30-10:00am each day

Part 1: Building a Fire ~ gather up your resources. More restorative poses will be incorporated into the mix to create some opening and allow for deep recuperation.
Part 2: Stoking the Fire ~ add some fuel to get the inner fire burning brighter and higher.

Part 1 or 2 only: $75 for the 5 days (add gst)
Both parts: $135 (add gst). Make sure you select “Parts 1&2” option
single days: regular rate $18 (add gst). Contact Krisna to register single days. FYI you can use your Padma pass for this.

Krisna inspires her students to become practitioners of Yoga. Under her tutelage over the past 8 years, I have learned to bring a playfulness to the mat, to try new things, to sometimes fail, but to always have plenty to reflect on afterwards. Krisna’s gentle but firm guidance has helped me learn to listen to my body and to the inner teacher, as she calls it, and to own and develop my practice. I am fortunate and grateful to have this wonderful teacher and person in my life.
