Yogic Odyssey : Intensive study and practice for women
For those in the 6 month intensive, this is our regular slot for practice and discussion.             No drop-ins.    SIGN UP HERE or MORE INFO

Tuesday

8:30-9:00 am 

Meditation
This supportive space for meditation will be guided for the first 7-10 minutes, followed by glorious silence. No charge.

9:30-11:00 am  

Level 1-2
Working with the Level 1 syllabus and adding a bit of Level 2 spice. A good general class, appropriate for all levels, as modifications are given. 

5:00-7:00 pm

Level 2-3 (120 mins)
this is an intermediate/advancing class for experienced practitioners. We continue to deepen our understanding of the Level 1 and 2 syllabus and add a dash of Level 3 work to keep it interesting! 

Thursday

8:00-9:00 am

Pranayama 
the yogic practice of working with breath. Fingernails must be cut short for digital pranayama.

9:30-11:00 am

Level 2-3
this is an intermediate/advancing class for experienced practitioners. We continue to deepen our understanding of the Level 1 and 2 syllabus and add a dash of Level 3 work to keep it interesting! 

5:30-6:30 pm 

Level 1 
this is a beginners class, where we learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga and progressively build on your skills through the various categories of asana. All are welcome!

Sunday

8:00-11:00 am
