Krisna is an exceptionally gifted teacher and practitioner, whose knowledge and depth of understanding is demonstrated by her ability to teach students at all levels of experience and physical ability. Krisna is quick to adapt to the needs of students less experienced, and to those with limitations due to injury and pain, by offering alternatives; yet, at the same time, challenge the more experienced students. Krisna's ability to demonstrate challenging yoga postures with such ease, awareness, and confidence, and her high level of teaching ability, clearly place her into the category of "exceptional teacher"!
